Service & Installation

Our service departmentís experienced technicians specialize in the installation, maintenance and care of the mobility products we sell. Whether your wheelchair van or adaptive equipment needs routine maintenance, warranty work or sophisticated repairs, our technicians can handle the job. Each of our technicians is factory trained, ensuring that the people who know the vehicles best will service them and their equipment according to factory specifications.

Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. thru 4:30 p.m.

Emergency & After-Hours Hotline: We understand that problems often arise at the most inconvenient times, so we offer an after-hours emergency hotline. Should you need help outside of our normal business hours, give us a call at (716) 759-6811. We can help you arrange for towing, wheelchair-accessible transportation, and even provide limited technical support to help get you on your way.

*Dates & times may not be available because of already sheduled jobs, the time required to complete your job, availability of parts to complete your job, etc., but someone will contact you to schedule your job in the service department as soon as possible.
